There's a first time for everything...

On Wednesday, January 25th, Jana Hladká Zilvarová, partner and attorney at law at our firm, will take the role of moderator for the first time. The guests of the project “First 100 Years”, of which Jana Hladká is a supporter, will be Top Byznys lawyers, Marcela Káňová, partner at IBM consulting, Jaroslava Kračúnová, partner at Deloitte and Hana Erbsová, attorney at Havel & Partners. And although the guests will be women only, the topics will be gender balanced.
And what does she want to ask her female colleagues? What is the journey from being a corporate lawyer or a corporate female lawyer to becoming a company manager? Is the overlap between the legal profession and the business the domain of men? Has society's view of women in top management positions and women who have started their own businesses changed in recent years?Is career advancement easier or harder for women depending on whether top management is dominated by men or women?
